Check in Procedure, House rules, and refund policy
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Arram Stay is accepted. The terms and conditions below are for all bookings made directly via OTA (Online travel agents) and the hotels website and payments via payment gateway system through PT. Sinar Digital Terdepan (Xendit). Registered Address : Jl. Hasyim Ashari no. 125, Ruko Roxy Mas Blok E2 no. 12-12A, RW.8, Cideng, Kecamatan Gambir, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 10150.
By using the site you were agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The revised terms will take affect when they are posted your use of some parts or features of the site may be governed by additional terms and conditions where this is the case you will be notified accordingly of those additional terms and conditions
Check-in Procedure
Arram Stay is not a hotel. Please refrain from inquiring about or discussing bookings with the apartment management, as they are not involved in booking-related matters. Any charges or issues arising from such discussions will be the sole responsibility of the guest, who will be required to cover any associated costs.
For guests staying at a non-self check-in process, please note that key handover requires coordination as we manage multiple locations. To ensure a seamless check-in experience, we kindly request that you provide your estimated time of arrival in advance.
Early check-in is free, subject to availability. Check-in time starts at 15:00, and check-out time is no later than 12:00.
For check-ins after 19:00, a fee of IDR 20,000 will be charged to cover the cost of key delivery. If you require a late check-in, please inform the Guest Center via WhatsApp in advance.
Late check-out is subject to a fee of IDR 150,000 per hour, with a maximum extension of 2 hours. Guests checking out more than 2 hours past the standard check-out time will be charged for an additional night.
House Regulations & Deposit
We require a deposit of Rp 250,000 for daily stays, Rp 500,000 for weekly stays, and Rp 3,000,000 for monthly stays for bookings made outside of Airbnb. This deposit applies to all reservations, including those made through OTA platforms, except for Airbnb.
As part of our initiative to support a sustainable future, please use electricity responsibly to promote energy efficiency and environmental conservation.Please respect the noise curfew to maintain a peaceful environment and ensure the comfort of other tenants in the apartment.
Please dispose of all trash properly before leaving the apartment.
Please do not dispose of any items in the toilet or sink to prevent plumbing issues.
Please handle all furniture with care to maintain its condition for future guests.
Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited within the premises.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in charges deducted from your deposit based on the extent of the damage or violation. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be fully responsible for covering the additional costs.
If no damage is confirmed by our team on-site, we will send you a link to process your deposit refund provided through Xendit as our primary payment gateway. The refund timeline will depend on the bank's processing time.
Refund Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
50% refund for cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in.
We will send you a link to process your deposit refund provided through Xendit as our primary payment gateway. The refund timeline will depend on the bank's processing time.
Each rate booked at Arram Stay, is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations under the circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. In addition, we also reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms & conditions. If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early, a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked. In the cases of the aforementioned booking cancellations, Arram Stay has no obligation to guarantee new available bookings or best rates. A new booking at the best available rate will need to be made by the guest at the time of the new reservation.
As a condition of using this website, you agree to provide proof of payment to the Guest Center within 48 hours of the time of booking and will indicate the reservation confirmation number on the proof of payment. You will be fully responsible for any banking fees and/or costs required to complete the bank funds transaction(s).
